The shop
On Jet Wing Dr, doing it right
The Elevated Ink Cap is a small shop with high standards: hospital-grade sterilization, single-use needles opened in front of you, premium inks, and an artist who treats a tiny fine-line piece with the same respect as a full sleeve. First tattoo or fifteenth — you'll be walked through design, placement, pricing, and aftercare before a needle ever touches skin.

Meet the hands behind the Cap
One owner, one standard: work you'd be proud to wear for life.
Luis — Owner & Lead Artist
Award-winning. Booked out for a reason.
Luis built The Elevated Ink Cap around a simple idea: a neighborhood shop that does award-caliber work without the attitude. His portfolio runs from bold blackwork and horror pieces to delicate fine-line and bright color — and he's just as known for talking people out of bad placement as he is for the ink itself.
Every consultation starts with the drawing, not the deposit. Luis sketches with you, sizes it to your body, and quotes the price up front — no surprises at the register.
